“James Adcock was in charge of running the ABA programme of our son, coordinating a team of two ABA therapists. James was extremely professional and responsive throughout, and our son made huge progress as a result of this programme, tackling problem behaviour and enabling him to eventually join a specialised education unit at a mainstream school without the need for further 121 support. When James starting working with us, the team of ABA therapists who had been working with us was in disarray and demoralised due to differences with the previous ABA Consultant. James was able to sort the team and provide them with clear guidance to ensure progress. We have stayed in touch with James since he ended the programme about two years ago and he continues to be extremely supportive and responsive when we get in touch with him with any questions.
